Very easy to trim and keep in shape.

Rarely but can be affected by mealy-bug, scale, red spider mite

Available with braided and lattice stem.

Needs plenty of light and larger trees dry out quickly.   Will not tolerate draughts from doors or air-conditioning.

The weeping fig.   Chosen as the number one plant on the list as it is easy to care for in the right position, it will last for years and can be regularly trimmed to keep its original shape.
